Autumn is just at the doorstep, and those who have an elegant taste for seasonal teas must be looking for what to drink this autumn. White tea is not really for autumn, since a more strong and vibrant kind is needed to help battle cold nights. Sunny days with cool nights turn autumn to be one of the finest times to have spicy teas.

Due to the cooler weather that autumn brings along, most people prefer to drink teas of rather warmer nature. There are various tea producers that have realised the importance of seasonal teas and so they have introduced multiple ranges for autumn teas as well.

The question that arises here is to what kinds of teas must be considered for autumn? To whatever you opt for; tea ranges that cater to the following kinds of teas are bound to give you an immense pleasure.

Enjoy autumn with Green Tea!

Green tea, the most famous one, suits the autumn weather most well. It is basically prepared from the leaves of Camellia Sinensis, after they have undergone the process of oxidation. Green tea happens to be darker in colour because the tea leaves are steamed and dried. The whole process brings the perfect amount of energy to the green tea, just which is required in autumn.

The joy of Black Tea in cool nights!

Like the name suggests, black or dark tea is for the dark autumn nights. Filled with immense energy, black tea is profoundly drunk all over the world usually in autumns and winters. Black tea is basically termed as black because it is oxidised more than the usual white and green teas. To get the most out of it, many people prefer to have it without sugar or milk – keeping it purely black.

Aroma of Ginger Tea

While talking of autumn and autumn teas, ginger happens to be the most important aspect of the dialogue. Ginger tea is especially important to alleviate throat ache and cold, which come as a sideline with autumn. Very often ginger tea is referred to the recipe of making tea with ginger, and there are various popular ways of making it. Recently, a few tea producers have introduced ginger tea in their tea ranges, and have made ginger to be a part of their tea dynamics. A few have also developed it by mixing it with green tea, thereby making it a full energy pack for autumn’s cold.

Tropical Tea for tropical autumn!

Tropical tea is not a much defined term for the tea range, but a few tea producers have coined this term to depict the warmth and degree of energy some tea blends contain. Tropical tea is often a result of different tea and herbs blends. For instance, one of the tropical labelled tea mixtures available in the market contains rooibos, orange apricot and ginger as its main ingredients. From this list of composing ingredients, we understand looking at ginger and rooibos that it must be good for keeping warmth in autumn, while apricot and orange flavour will add to the taste and aroma.
